Why did she break up with me?
One of my male clients recently paid a visit to see me about his recent break up with someone we introduced him to. He had no idea why the girl wanted to break up with him, and thought that her excuse of they-are-both-too-busy-to-date-each-other cannot be true.
So to find out the real reason, we decided to conduct an “exit interview” for him by calling up the girl. She was hesitated to give us a reason why it didn’t work out any more at first. But after some poking around, she finally says he often mentioned that he’ll call her in the evening, but sometimes forget to call or too tired to call her. Often guys have no idea that if you tell a girl that you will call, she’ll be expecting it. Although she might not be demanding that you kept your word, but she will make a mental note that you failed to do what you said, resulting in a false assumption that you are unrealiable and not partner worthy. Simply sending her an sms that you are very tired, or giving her a short call to let her know that you are thinking about her, would have prevented this from happening.
